Whether it be arranging inspections or even accompanying them on inspections, I do it to make sure the process is smooth. In addition, the sale of a home is more than a commission check, it’s about making decisions that the client can live with as they are the ones who are buying or selling the property. I do my part by taking extensive pictures, writing captivating descriptions and going all out with marketing to give my listings as much exposure as possible while keeping the client updated on market conditions and trends. Every transaction is teamwork and my clients and I are on the same team.
